Our Joining Form requires you to give us contact information (such as your name, email, and part of you postal address), and additional information relating to your practice of complementary health.  This information is to be displayed in the directories for use by members of CompTogether.co.uk and the public.  Information in Purple Pages is to be viewed by the public, while information in the other directories is restricted to non-contact details, unless the viewer is a member of the site.  We will not sell or voluntarily give out your details outside of this website.  The information provided by you is your responsibility.  The information is kept on a secure server protected from outside parties.  We use the information only for the following purposes: for statistical purposes to improve the Website and its services to you; to administer the Website; and to notify you of products, information or special offers that may be of interest to you.

You can check the information that we hold about you by checking your membership details.  If you find any inaccuracies, you can delete or correct, or ask for our assistance.  If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email tracey@comptogether.co.uk. We cannot be held responsible if the service or advice you get from anyone listed on this site, including the swap directory, is not what you expected it to be.

• not publish any material which is offensive, or which CompTogether.co.uk believe may be abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing, or in breach of confidence, privacy or intellectual property rights;
• not include in your profile any sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language;
• not send any unsolicited advertising or other promotional material to other CompTogether.co.uk members;
• be solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on the CompTogether service, or transmit to other CompTogether members;
• inform yourself fully as to the validity of all information supplied by any therapist on this site before you accept any treatment or service provided by them.
