Biographytop
After many years in the Royal Marines, I started my business career in financial services.  I founded and developed my own company that became the largest privately owned life assurance organisation. However, I found myself working around the clock and ultimately realised that things had to change. After searching through many self-improvement disciplines, I found that life coaching worked and was the "hub that held the rest of the disciplines together". In 1992 I went on to found Noble Manhattan which, to date has trained over 1,000 coaches. I have become an acclaimed international public speaker, trainer and personal developer - for example, the Prince's Youth Business Trust recognised my skills and appointed me to work with young people in starting their own businesses.
