Reiki
There are 3 levels of Reiki to learn. Here is an example of what a typical course could cover:
- Reiki One - usually covered in a one day workshop, and can include
the history of Reiki, grounding and protection and self-healing.
Attunements are generally provided, a certificate validated by the UK
Reiki Federation and a detailed manual.
- Reiki Two - usually covered in two days. Here you should learn
how to give treatments to others with confidence, possibly learn how
to use all Reiki symbols for your own use and how to send Reiki over
distance and time.
- Reiki Three - is the 'master' level, where you learn to teach others
about Reiki and how to give healing attunements. Can last from one to
two days.
Expect to pay from £400 for the all three levels (2004).
