About my Job
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist working to help facilitate people's healing across a wide range of problems and conditions. I major in helping to resolve stress and anxiety related problems such as panic attacks, phobias, depression, negative thinking, self-sabotage, lack of confidence, lack of self esteem and also the problems people often face following a traumatic event. I see individual clients and also provide 'stress management' and 'handling trauma' training to groups and organisations.
Why I became a Therapist
I really made that decision in early 2004.
My Motivation
I enjoy helping people to overcome and resolve their life issues and find that I am able to do this best as a professional therapist.
My Training
After many years as a training professional and some years as a consultant and sales professional (also in training) I trained as a professional Stress Consultant and then as a Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapist. My training is ongoing as I wish to provide the very best service I can to my clients.
About My Service
It is a safe a natural therapy that uses the bodies own healing mechanisms to facilitate and promote healing and positive change.
My Projects
Starting the Therapists Together support and networking group in the Southend area in late 2009.
