  • increase the amount of money each client spends when they visit your clinic

Do you really need an accountant? The UK Government's Inland Revenue site equipments you to do your own tax return. Help is available in the form of seminars or even personal visits to give you advice on record keeping and filling in your tax return. An online service is available which lets you complete your return online. It validates your return and instantly tells you how much tax you owe, or how much the government owes you. For the self-employed therapist it's a cost effective way of doing your tax returns.

Biographytop
Linda Stewart writes a monthly newsletter for would-be and professional therapists and holistic business owners.  She is a qualified bodywork practitioner and completed her BSc degree in Complementary Therapies in 2000 as the culmination of a lifelong interest in natural health and a ten year career in the health & fitness industry.

Linda has always been passionate about business, and started her first holistic business whilst still at university studying for her degree. In between studying and massaging, she ran yoga, health and fitness classes and holistic health days and headed a personal training company with 27 health and fitness professionals on its books.  Since university, she has been working on a variety of business projects including SoHolistic!(tm), holistic workshops and retreats and Holistic Business Coaching, helping others who wish to create holistic businesses.  She is currently writing my first eBook for therapists.
